Property info

Beautiful and atmospheric villa, the perfect place for a perfect holiday!!! we have preserved the original interior design of the villa from the time of the German farmer (Helmut Binner), who built the house in the 1930s. The villa is surrounded by a large garden that blooms most of the year. Inside the villa, the dominant raw material is wood and stone. Each room has heating. The villa is ideal for families with children, groups of friends, small groups for seminars and for couples who come for a holiday dedicated to activities in nature. And the villa has a huge studio that you can use as a small music room, rehearsal room, recording studio, meditation, taichi, dance, gymnastics, game room and much more to the best of your imagination, and even sleeping in it is spacious because it has a unique and rare wooden floor.

Neighborhood info

Przesieka to the heart of the Karkonosze Mountains, itself has several attractions such as the Waterfall, Kskada, Japanese Garden, beautiful views and streams and lots of great trails for mountain hiking. Its location makes it possible to reach the greatest attractions of the region in a few minutes. Przesieka is an ideal place for cycling trips for amateurs and professionals.
