One of the great wonders of this apartment is the exterior area of the urbanisation and the fact that it's only 2 km away from the beach. Every morning, you can enjoy your breakfast at the terrace, in front of the shared salt pool and then enjoy a cool dip in it or maybe head for the beach. The pool sizes 16.85 x 9.59 metres and the depth ranges from 0.5 to 1.9 metres. It also features an integrated children pool that sizes 7 x 5 metres has has a 0.9 metres water depth. Around the pool you can bask in the sun on the lawn area or on the two sun loungers at the apartment top terrace. The accommodation comprises 3 floors, being the top terrace on the 2nd floor as a sun deck. The main floor you find the airy living-dining room with TV and AC, and the kitchen equipped with a ceramic top. On this same floor, there is a toilet. On the first floor you have the three bedrooms, all with AC and a closet. Two of the bedrooms feature twin beds and the last one has a double bed an en-suite with a shower. Another bathroom with a tub complete this floor and the accommodation. You will also find a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a baby cot and a high-chair.

This residential is located near Denia and all services you can need for an independent stay like bars, restaurants, train station, harbour and much more. The beach of la Marineta Cassiana is only 2 km away and the golf course is in Oliva Nova, 22 km from the property, in case you want to have a different experience.
