Functional house is located in a relaxing place, far from crowded city, over the river Białka, in a valley of 3 mountains of Beskid Śląski. Still being close to civilization makes it comfortable to enjoy (store nearby, restaurants, beautiful city 25 minutes by bus). There's a 4* hotel located 100m (330ft) from the house where you can enjoy swimming pool, SPA, tennis court and a restaurant where you can help yourself with buffet breakfast. We offer a 10% discount for rent a ski in Szczyrk. In the house there's a room with shoe dryers and ski rack. We offer 1 garage stand and a closed space in front of the house to park safely and comfortably. In the garage there's a table tennis gear to assemble as well as training bike with a view on the mountains. We'd like to share with our Guests the local culture and nature. This is why we provide local mineral water - Bystrzanka. On the top floor, in a seperate, independent flat live english-speaking hosts, who take care of the garden and help our Guests when needed, so that they can enjoy their stay. A few important rules: - PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE LAWN IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE; - The night silence is valid from 22 to 6. - There is a total ban on smoking in the House. Cigarettes may be smoked in the yard in front of the entrance to the House - The Guests, upon receipt of the keys to the House, are responsible for the property, in the event of damage or deficiencies, Guests will be charged with the costs of repairs and/or the costs of missing items. - The Host is not responsible for valuables left in the House - The Host takes no responsibility for any damage caused to the Guests during their stay in the House - With each breach of these Regulations by the Guests or their companions, the Host shall acquire the right to charge the Guests with a contractual penalty of EUR 150 for each violation.

Dom nad Białką is a family house where we used to live for decades. Now we have the opportunity to share the goods of local enironment with our Guests. Our entire family is sking since we were kids, but we were always the most successfull playing bridge. We're interested in different kinds of sports and we're big fans of board games, hence in the common room downstairs you'll find quite a few board games availabe to you.

Key landmarks of our region are: Szczyrk ski resort 11km away including Beskid Ski Arena, Skrzyczne and Szczyrk Mountain Resort (Czyrne, Solisko, Salmopol) Our house is located along the mountain paths to nearby mountains of Silesian Beskid - Klimczok, Szyndzielnia, Magura. Just over 2km is needed to reach bike downhill routes of Enduro Trails of Bielsko-Biała. You can reach a beautiful city of Bielsko-Biała in 25 minutes with the direct bus number 57, where you can find Sulkowski Dukes’ Castle, see the old textile factory and a weaver's house and enjoy local artist Julian Fałat's museum. Not far away there's also Żywiec Lake and Aeroclub of Bielsko-Biała. You can also comfortably travel to Góra Żar and Babia Góra.
